Mit Hilfe von Zentrierkonen werden die Lünetten vorzentriert und anschließend über VERO-S Module formschlüssig und selbsthemmend gespannt. Aufgrund der Federspannung wird die Lünette auch bei Druckverlust sicher gespannt. Das Öffnen der Module erfolgt über einen zentralen Pneumatikanschluss. Die Lünette wird während der Bearbeitung über eine Medienübergabe versorgt. Die Anbindung zur Maschine und die zentrale Medienübergabe werden hier in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Maschinenhersteller erarbeitet. Bereits vorhandene Lünetten lassen sich im Anschluss mit geringem Aufwand an das System anpassen und weiter verwenden.
